    Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles updated to meet BS-VI Phase 2 emission norms
    Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles have been updated to meet the new BS-VI Phase 2 (OBD2) emission norms in India, and along with this, the manufacturer has also fine-tuned the motorcycles to offer better ride quality.

    To start with, the Jawa motorcycles have undergone tweaks to keep their NVH levels down, while also being given larger throttle bodies and a remapped ECU to offer better performance. The Jawa 42 also gets a slip-assist clutch, redesigned muffler, and digital instrument clusters as standard.
    The Yezdi range, which includes the Roadster, Scrambler, and Adventure also receives similar updates for NVH, while they now get a larger rear sprocket for better low-speed rideability. Similar to the Jawa range, the Yezdi range also gets redesigned mufflers.

    Minda Corp approaches CCI to acquire 24.5% stake in Pricol
    Manufacturer of auto parts Minda Corporation will file an application before the Competitive Commission of India (CCI) to increase its stake in rival Pricol Ltd to 24.5%.

    In a BSE filing, Minda Corp said the company acquired 1.91 crore shares or 15.7% of equity at ₹209 a piece of Pricol in February this year. February's acquisition was done for ₹400 crore.
    And on Tuesday filing, the automotive components firm said, " The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 1st May 2023, decided to file an application to Competition Commission of India for making an investment in equity shares of Pricol Limited upto 25.5% of total equity shares of Pricol at this stage".

    Minda Corp acquires 15.7% stake in Pricol for Rs 400 crore
    Minda Corporation informed the exchanges that it has acquired a 15.7% stake in Pricol for about Rs 400 crore. The transaction was executed at an average price of Rs 208.9 per equity share.

    Krsnaa Diagnostics has bagged a contract to establish and operate laboratory set up at various government health institutions in Odisha.

    Krsnaa Diagnostics plans 600 testing centres by end of FY24
    Krsnaa Diagnostics will be the latest entrant into the highly competitive B2C or retail segment of diagnostic services by setting up 600 collection centres under franchisee model by end of FY24.

    The company will be opening collection centres across Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal and Rajasthan, where it is already offering pathology and radiology services to the respective state governments under public private partnership (PPP) model.

    New Delhi : Classic Legends plans to expand its sales network in smaller cities and towns as it looks to cater to the rising demand for mid-sized bikes from these regions, according to its CEO Ashish Singh Joshi.
