This was replicated in a retail lending NBFC, TVS Credit. These experiences culminated in the founding of Phi Capital.

Sivaram then moved to Punjab Tractors (Swaraj Group). He spend over 29 years with the Swaraj Group of companies where handled senior management positions across various functions. In Swaraj, Sivaram made significant contributions in cost control, growth strategy, judicious allocation of financial resources and in setting group’s ethical standards and transparent approach.
He was responsible for the finance function of the all the Swaraj group companies. He later also took up the responsibility for Sales & Marketing of Swaraj Mazda (now SML Isuzu Limited) and eventually became COO of Punjab Tractors in 2006. He stepped out of in 2007 to join Anupam and start Phi Capital.

Manish has over 27 years of experience working across capital markets and in the mining industry. Prior to joining Phi, he advised corporates on value creation opportunities within their businesses and on approaches to bridge value-price gap in capital markets.
His capital markets experience includes fund management, equity research and institutional sales at some of the largest investment houses. As a fund manager, Manish was part of a small team managing off-shore India assets at HSBC GAM (largest equity AUM in India during that phase) for 3 years and was co-Head of Investments at IIFL capital for three years. He was also the founding CEO of IIFL Asset Management Co – leading it during its licensing phase.
Prior to asset management, he was involved with equity research at ABN Amro, Citigroup, CLSA & SSKI researching multiple sectors in India & APAC region. Manish also worked as a mining engineer with Tata Steel in India.
